"I do use My InfoSearch regularly, thank you for asking. I set up the information search initially to meet multiple interests and needs... Topics of interest range from...neuroscience to all things oncology (especially anything related to breast cancer) to topics related to advance practice nursing in general to education of nursing students, which is my job...I am not aware of another tool available to me that monitors publishing activity in all of these disparate topics and provides me with a weekly update in a “tree” format. The tree format allows me to pick and choose what I want to look at with consideration for the amount of time I have in any particular week. Some weeks I open each section systematically to review all titles and authors and other weeks I pick and chose what I want to review. Sometimes I don’t get to the list on Friday (which is when my weekly list is delivered via email) but I do get to it later in the week...If I do take a look at the list of titles and authors and I find there is something I want to investigate further, I have access via my university library to almost every journal identified in the My InfoSearch. Therefore if an abstract looks interesting, it is easy for me to get a copy of the article. I find My InfoSearch to be an easy way to keep up to date on evidence, especially in topics related to my dissertation research."

I can't remember all the differences off the top of my head. If I have this right, I think it's easier to maneuver with the current set up. I think there's less clicking back to source. I review the latest research weekly, to post to a web forum for ASHA, so I constantly have to go between screens (the research screen, the posting screen, the e-mail I generate to let members know info is up, and the original e-mail)."
